Wayne Augustin
Welcome to Benchmark Support Services! We're Wayne and Tracy Augustin, a dynamic duo passionate about delivering top-notch products and services to our valued clients. As the COO of Benchmark Support Services, Wayne brings over four decades of industry experience and a rich background that combines technical expertise with a deep-seated passion for innovation.
Wayne’s journey began in the construction trades, where he honed his skills through a carpentry apprenticeship and collaborated closely with various trades in crafting custom homes. His thirst for knowledge led him to pursue an AA in a premed program, laying the foundation for his strong analytical capabilities and technical acumen. However, it was the burgeoning audio and video industry that truly captured his heart.
With over 20 years in the Audio Video retail sector, Wayne quickly ascended the ranks to become a store manager and eventually ventured into entrepreneurship, co-founding a company in Boca Raton. His expertise as the first ISF trained calibrator in South Florida set him apart, allowing him to forge meaningful relationships with vendors who understood the value of comprehensive support. This pivotal experience shaped his philosophy on the importance of offering unparalleled assistance to clients, a principle that remains at the core of Benchmark Support Services.
After leaving the retail sector he continued his efforts with The Progressive group/C&E Marketing now in his 24th year. While working with one of their represented brands Wayne identified a gap in the market for construction-centric products offered to the high-end Residential market leading to the inception of Benchmark Support Services in 2013. Together with a partner, he embarked on a mission to provide premium solutions, initially focusing on TRUFIG—a brand synonymous with quality and innovation. Over the years, Benchmark Support Services has evolved, expanding its portfolio to include elite-level surge supression products and vintage audio equipment curated by Wayne, reflecting his lifelong passion for audio technology.
Benchmark Support Services is more than just a business venture—it's a testament to our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. With Tracy's invaluable support and expertise sharing Wayne’s vision, we strive to exceed expectations and empower our clients to achieve their goals.

Tracy Augustin
Born and raised in Miami, Tracy Augustin brings a wealth of experience and a deep-rooted commitment to excellence to her role as Chief Financial Officer at Benchmark Support Services.
Tracy's journey in the professional world began at the age of 19 when she embarked on a career with the Postal Service. In an era devoid of today's digital conveniences, Tracy learned the value of hard work and the importance of acquiring new skills to advance. Her tenure at the Postal Service instilled in her a meticulous attention to detail and boundless patience, essential qualities for managing the intricate operations of mail delivery and front counter services. Tracy's training encompassed a comprehensive understanding of shipping regulations, financial accountability, and organizational proficiency, skills that would later prove invaluable in the setup and smooth operation of Benchmark Support Services.
Prior to joining Benchmark, Tracy pursued her passion for food and wine, establishing a successful blog and social media presence where local businesses sought her insightful critiques of their offerings. Her entrepreneurial spirit and keen negotiation skills were further honed through collaborations with TOYOTA, where she facilitated partnerships between local restaurants and the automotive giant to provide meals for those in need. Tracy's dedication to community service continues unabated, as she remains actively involved, embodying Benchmark's ethos of making a positive impact beyond the business realm.
As Chief Financial Officer, Tracy oversees the financial intricacies of Benchmark Support Services and manages payments from various accounts to ensure seamless logistical operations, Tracy's meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills are instrumental in driving the company's success.
